Solving Autism, LLC is actively seeking caring and energetic individuals for Registered Behavior Technician roles! Our BHCOE-accredited and privately owned company has a 13-year history of excellence providing ABA Therapy in the Charlotte and Upstate SC regions.
We have an opening within our new Rock Hill, SC clinic. This site has a unique vision, focusing on developing functional life skills with adolescents and teenage learners in a home-like setting. RBT's in our Rock Hill clinic site will be able to blend traditional ABA-interventions with increased opportunities for community-based learning opportunities, job-readiness training and the development of independent living skills.
RBT's play a critical role in the lives of the children we serve! RBT's work in a one-on-one setting to provide highly individualized skill building and learning opportunities in accordance with each individual's treatment plan. If you are seeking an impactful role benefiting others and enjoy working with teens and young adults with high support needs, we want to meet you!
Solving Autism prides itself on implementing best-practices with a whole-child approach to learning. We utilize positive reinforcement techniques and incorporate a blend of natural environment teaching practices with discrete trial instruction methods. RBT's also play an important role in data collection. Training and on-going support is provided and is paid time.
Paid training is provided for candidates new to the field, and current RBT’s are always encouraged to apply. Our privately owned company takes pride in supporting learners and therapists throughout their ABA journey. Come join our team!
Scheduling and number of hours available are specific to each client. Pay rate is based upon experience.
