Job Description

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering (Electronics)
  • At least 2 years of work experience as a Hardware Engineer
  • Successfully completed projects (with samples)
  • Good knowledge about classic and modern international and Asian electronic components and SoC
  • Repairing and testing skills up to level 4 (BGA components replacing, etc.)
  • Robust knowledge of testing equipment such as: oscilloscopes, RF testers, spectrum analyzers, batteries testers, multimeters, electronic load, power supply, etc.
  • Technical knowledges是and understanding of technical drawings such as Mechanical and Schematics Diagrams and Layouts and documentation.
As an advantage:
  • High level of knowledges about current situation in the market of EMS, component suppliers, innovative software and hardware solutions.
  • Robust knowledge about manufacturing processes, standards, equipment (detail understanding for SMT production and testing equipment settings).
  • PCB design knowledge.  Planning and control Department activities
  • Coordination of the division's activities with BIG R&D and production, Russian R&D and Russian Innovations Department, PCB manufacturers and component suppliers, test laboratories and other participants in the production process, resolving issues
  • Interaction with component suppliers, PCB and PCBA manufacturers in order to optimize quality, cost and production time
  • Analysis of the current PCB schematics and preparation of proposals for their optimization due to specialized solutions existing in the Asian market
  • Analyzing the technical specifications and documents, schematic diagrams, hardware of the products, onsite assembling process and quality control.
  • Determining quality issues, design issues, assembling process issues, elaborate solutions and providing reports.
