We’re looking for a motivated, personable Medical Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is excited to expand their skills across both clinical and aesthetic care.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and prepare patients for exams, treatments, and procedures.
• Take and document vitals, medical histories, and visit details accurately.
• Assist with med spa services, including IV therapy and IM/subcutaneous injections.
• Administer medications and injections under provider supervision.
• Perform basic lab testing and handle specimens.
• Support allergy testing and immunotherapy for pediatric and adult patients.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in the EHR.
• Educate patients and families to ensure a positive care experience.
• Provide occasional front office support (scheduling, check-in/out).

What You Bring:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred.
• Prior experience in a medical or clinical setting strongly preferred.
• Phlebotomy and IV skills required.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
• Experience with EHR systems.
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
