We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in Greene, Iowa.

Our customers often purchase collector vehicles from across the country—frequently sight unseen—so strong communication, professionalism, and trust-building are essential.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Customer Service & Customer Relationship Management
Deliver exceptional customer communication and service while building trust with high-value remote buyers.
Sales Transaction Coordination & Financial Responsibilities
Oversee payment collection, transaction follow-through, financial accuracy, and customer purchase completion.
Title & Documentation Processing
Manage title paperwork, secure document handling, and administrative follow-through.
Restoration Customer Support
Coordinate communication, billing support, and customer experience for restoration clients.
Leadership & Team Management
Supervise and support a customer service assistant while leading daily accountability and communication meetings.
Interdepartmental Coordination
Work closely with sales, shop, transportation, and dealership leadership to ensure customer expectations, timelines, and deliverables are clearly communicated and executed. Hold daily team meetings with department leads.
Cross-Training / Backup Support Opportunities
