Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

We are seeking a friendly, skilled, and professional Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our dental team. The Dental Hygienist is responsible for providing preventive dental care, educating patients on oral hygiene, and supporting the doctor in delivering excellent patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance. 
• Take digital X-rays and intraoral images. 
• Assess patients’ oral health and document clinical findings. 
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care. 
• Assist in diagnosing periodontal disease and treatment planning. 
• Administer fluoride treatments and sealants as needed. 
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical notes. 
• Follow infection control and sterilization protocols. 
• Provide a positive and comfortable patient experience.
  
   

Qualifications:

• Current Texas Registered Dental Hygienist license. 
• CPR/BLS certification required. 
• Strong communication and patient care skills. 
• Knowledge of periodontal therapy and preventive dentistry. 
• Experience with Open Dental or similar dental software preferred. 
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
