We are currently seeking a Front Desk Associate to serve as the first point of contact for members and guests at our Lexington Avenue location. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering an exceptional hospitality experience while supporting daily operations within the workspace. You will collaborate closely with the Community Management team and ensure that every visitor feels welcomed and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Operations

  • Welcome members and guests warmly, creating a positive and professional first impression
  • Manage front desk coverage during standard business hours and act as the on-site contact point
  • Register and check in visitors according to company policies
  • Provide tours and orientation for new visitors to ensure a smooth experience
  • Issue and collect keys or access cards as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free reception area
  • Notify members about deliveries, packages, and other arrivals

Member Engagement

  • Build strong relationships by learning member names and understanding their businesses
  • Maintain accurate member records and notes within internal systems
  • Answer inquiries and recommend suitable workspace solutions and services
  • Recognize and celebrate member milestones to strengthen community engagement
  • Provide guidance on company policies and procedures
  • Recommend nearby services such as restaurants, delivery options, and office supply stores

Building Operations & Support

  • Assist in handling mail and packages, including sorting and distribution
  • Ensure compliance with mailroom procedures and policies
  • Monitor shared spaces and make adjustments to maintain a clean and professional environment
  • Restock essential supplies such as keycards, refreshments, and office materials
  • Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, escalating when necessary
