The Gardener position is ideal for individuals who are energetic, reliable, and dedicated to maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces for clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, and raking to ensure property grounds are well-kept and attractive.
• Safely operate and maintain power equipment, including walk-behind mowers, reel-type mowers, power edgers, and line trimmers.
• Carry out detailed care activities such as pruning, hedging, installing mortarless masonry wall units, and assisting with sprinkler installation.
• Conduct daily equipment maintenance, including checking oil, tire pressure, and greasing, while adhering to safety and fueling procedures.
• Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team to deliver high-quality results for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience operating 52” rider mowers, 48” stand-on mowers, and 36” walk-behind mowers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and exert up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
