Oversee, an award-winning vacation rental management company, is seeking a dedicated Lead Gardener to focus exclusively on a small, fixed portfolio of private residential and commercial properties.
This role does not involve our vacation rentals, guests, or homeowners. Instead, you will work with the Oversee owner to build our groundskeeping program from the ground up for these properties. You will be responsible for creating the initial processes, seasonal schedules, and maintenance routines. Once the systems are in place, you will take hands-on ownership of executing them, while also managing part-time assistants to help you complete larger projects and routine maintenance. Salary $60,000 + benefits.
