Job Title: Member Service Representative – Remote Contact Center (Dallas Area)
Job Description
This role focuses on delivering exceptional service to members in a fast-paced, 24/7 contact center environment. You will respond to inbound and outbound inquiries, provide accurate information about financial products and services, and complete account-related transactions while using multiple computer systems. You will actively listen, engage with members, and identify additional products or services that may meet their financial needs, ensuring a positive and efficient member experience on every call.

Work Environment
This is a remote position for candidates living within approximately 60 miles of Dallas, TX, supporting a large, 24/7/365 contact center operation. You will work from home while connected to a highly structured, schedule-driven environment where breaks and meal periods are taken at assigned times to ensure continuous coverage. Most shifts are flexible, meaning your start and end times can vary within a one-hour window, and your daily availability must span 9.5 hours to accommodate this variation. You will handle back-to-back member calls for the majority of your shift and may be on the phone for up to four hours before your next scheduled break. The work relies heavily on computers, telephony systems, and multiple software applications, and you are expected to maintain a professional demeanor and workspace suitable for a remote contact center role

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
