We are currently looking to hire some additional cater waiters / special event staff.
All potential event staff must have a minimum of 3 years of serving experience. (catering, banquet, special event / private home party experience is preferred) Servers will need to know how to set up and organize a lunch / dinner buffet with chafing dishes & sterno, have experience with setting up formal dining tables, coffee / dessert stations, appetizer trays, etc. Additional experience in the areas of barbacking, scullery, and sanitation would also be a huge plus, as we sometimes need to staff those positions as well. We are mostly looking for staff that have fairly regular availability on nights and weekends since that's when the majority of our events take place throughout the year. The starting hourly rate is $22.00 w/ a 5 hour minimum. However the actual pay rate when adding in tips/gratuities will be between $28-$32 per hour for the majority of our events.The type of events we usually provide staff for throughout the year include: Private Home Events, Art Gallery Openings, Charity Events, Holiday Parties, Award Shows, Corporate Events, etc.
