Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator – Busy Law Firm

A fast-paced and growing law firm is seeking a professional, organized, and personable Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume environment, has excellent communication skills, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities Include:

Answering and directing a high volume of incoming calls.   Greeting clients and visitors in a professional manner.   Scheduling appointments and  managing calendars.   Handling intake information and basic administrative tasks.   Managing emails, mail distribution, and office correspondence.   Maintaining organized client files and office records.   Assisting attorneys and staff with general office support.

Qualifications:

Prior receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred but not required.  Strong p hone etiquette and communication skills will be needed. The a bility to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.   Experience with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems preferred.   Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not required.

• Salary range $40,000 to $55,000 commensurate with experience.
