Join our growing team at MG Moving Services as a Relocation Coordinator. In this role, you will be the primary client contact, guiding them through the relocation process and ensuring their needs are met. You’ll play a key role in client satisfaction, boosting sales, and supporting our teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the moving process.
• Manage communications from initial sale to project completion.
• Address customer inquiries and support projects via phone, email, and CRM.
• Set expectations and enhance the moving experience.
• Provide on-site support and resolve service issues.
• Apply knowledge of industry standards for various types of moves.
• Assist the sales team and coordinate with third-party vendors.
• Guide customers through the claims process for damages.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication skills for customer support.
• Ability to collaborate with vendors for project success.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Confident, patient, and diplomatic in challenging situations.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility for rotating Saturday shifts (approximately once per month).
• Successful background check and drug test required.

Pay: $48,000 - $58,000, depending on experience.
