Respiratory Therapist

Location: Concord, New Hampshire

Pay Rate: $53/hr to $56/hr

Contract: 13 weeks

Schedule: 12-hour nights, 6:45 PM 7:15 AM, every other weekend

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Experience: Minimum 1 year of acute care Respiratory Therapy experience required

About the Role

We are hiring a Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week night shift contract in Concord, New Hampshire. This role is suited for a Respiratory Therapist with acute care experience, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to work independently during overnight shifts. First-time travelers may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care in an acute care setting.
• Assess patients and deliver ordered respiratory treatments.
• Support airway management and oxygen therapy.
• Monitor patient response and report changes.
• Document care accurately in the EMR.
• Work with nurses, providers, and care teams.
• Float to nearby locations if requested.
• Follow patient safety and infection control standards.

Requirements

• Active New Hampshire Respiratory Therapist license required.
• RRT certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of acute care Respiratory Therapy experience required.
• Operating Room experience preferred.
• BLS certification preferred if required by facility.
• Cerner experience preferred, not required.
• Two recent specialty Charge or Manager references required.
• Skills checklist matching specialty required.
• Driver's license address must match demographics.
• RTO must be included at time of submission.
• 4th of July weekend RTO cannot be approved.
• Local and travel candidates accepted.
• Local rate applies for candidates less than 50 miles from the location.
• No on-call requirement.
