Yard Crew - Ocean Havens Marinas We are currently seeking Shipyard crew both part-time seasonal and full-time in our Historic shipyard. At Boston Harbor Shipyard and Marina, we are driven to provide the best service available. Responsibilities: The yard crew position requires a willingness and ability to assist with any task needed at the shipyard. Some of these tasks are as follows:

• Assisting in hauling boats and putting them on stands, as well as launching them when needed
• Clean the bottoms of boats when hauled
• Maintenance of the machines used in the facility
• Grounds maintenance
• Repair docks and facilities
• Contribute towards a healthy, safe, clean, and fun work environment
• Any and all other duties asked of you
• Yard crew are to perform their duties in a manner that assures safety for themselves, the customer, and marina property.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Faculty to operate handheld and power tools.
• Able to swim
• Detail oriented

PREFERRED SKILLS :

• Ability to operate forklifts and heavy machinery
• Ability to operate boats
• Welding knowledge
• Woodworking knowledge

Knowledge of boating is a plus, but all are encouraged to apply. Full training is provided.
