Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Support Specialist to join our team and play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service. This position offers the opportunity to be the first point of contact for our clients, helping to resolve issues efficiently and ensuring a seamless user experience.

As a Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships by providing timely, knowledgeable, and friendly assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives.
  • Document and track issues, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Assist in creating and updating support documentation and FAQs.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to communicate customer feedback and improve service delivery.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance support skills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer support or technical support role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and explain solutions clearly.
  • Familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
