Job Summary:
Provides specialized cardiac care and monitor in g in hospital telemetry units.
Key Responsibilities:
High-level knowledge of cardiac medic in e and EKG in t e r pretation.
Adm in ister medications and ma in t a in patient records.
Observe and report patient responses and complications.
Educate patients and families on cardiac conditions and treatments.
Collaborate with healthcare team and participate in shift handoffs.
Adhere to in fection control and emergency response protocols.
Requ ir ements:
RN license in state of assignment.
BLS and ACLS requ ir ed .
Experience in telemetry or step-down preferred.
Strong assessment, multitask in g, and crisis management skills.
