UX / Product Designer (Mid-Level) – Contract

We are seeking two Mid-Level Designers to support ongoing digital product initiatives for a new client engagement.

• Experience Level: Mid-level (approximately 5–6 years of experience)
• Design Tools: Figma required

Role Summary

As a Designer, you will lead user-centered design efforts from discovery through delivery. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, product partners, and engineering teams to create intuitive, effective, and scalable design solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead user research and discovery efforts to uncover user needs, define problem statements, and frame clear design challenges.
• Translate insights into thoughtful design decisions, continuously refining solutions based on feedback and learnings.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business objectives and ensure design solutions align with strategic goals.
• Facilitate design thinking workshops , working sessions, and collaborative exercises to generate ideas, prototype solutions, and gather feedback.
• Independently tackle complex design problems and help establish structured problem-solving approaches for teams.
• Produce high-quality design deliverables, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications , to clearly communicate solutions.
• Partner closely with engineers, product managers, and cross-functional team members to ensure seamless implementation.
• Act as a trusted design expert, providing guidance, recommendations, and strategic input to both clients and internal teams.
• Support decision-making by evaluating multiple design approaches, driving alignment, and ensuring clarity before execution.

Required Qualifications

• 5–6 years of experience in UX, product, or digital design roles
• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Demonstrated experience leading user research and discovery activities
• Ability to clearly communicate design rationale and influence stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working independently
• Experience collaborating within cross-functional, agile teams

Nice to Have

• Experience facilitating workshops or client-facing working sessions
• Experience working on complex or enterprise-scale digital products

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Alpharetta, GA.

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $60.00/hr.

This is a hybrid position in Alpharetta,GA.
