JOB DESCRIPTION

Join us at Margaritaville Island Hotel , where the spirit of the tropics meets a laid-back paradise. We are currently looking for a vibrant Valet Parking Attendant to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests' experiences start off on the right foot by providing exceptional service from the moment they arrive. If you are passionate about providing top-notch customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests, this job is for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor as they arrive at our establishment
Direct guests on parking and the check-in process
Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests they may have. This may include luggage retrieval or delivery to their room
Safely and responsibly handle guest vehicles, including parking and retrieval
Utilize manual transmission vehicles for parking when necessary
Majority of shifts are standing and does include walking
Ability to lift up to 50lbs and push or pull up to 200lbs
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the parking areas
Collaborate with the hospitality team to ensure seamless guest experiences

EXPERIENCE

Prior experience in customer service or guest services roles is preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Familiarity with valet parking procedures is advantageous
Bilingual skills are beneficial for interacting with a diverse clientele
Experience as a delivery driver is a bonus
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly attitude

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time Pay: Hourly + tips average $23 Expected Hours: 35 – 40 weekly

QUALIFICATIONS

Driver’s License
Minimum age: 18
Shifts Avg 8 – 10 hours
Day, Night and Weekend Availability
