Hilton Waikoloa Village is seeking a Valet Parking Attendant. Hawaii Island's only 62-acre Hawaiian paradise with 3 one of a kind outdoor swimming pools. The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

1 year guest facing customer service background.

The ability to work a flexible schedule that includes weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.


Shift Pattern: Varied (Union role) – AM PM Overnight. Open availability required including weekends and holidays; shifts will be dependent on business levels and seniority scheduling.

Pay Rate: $16.25 tips additional

What will I be doing?

As a Valet Parking Attendant, you would be responsible for greeting guests and transporting vehicles in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
  • Retrieve vehicle keys from and provide receipts to guests.
  • Transport guest vehicles to and from designated parking areas and the hotel driveway.
  • Assist guests with luggage.
  • Retrieve guest items from vehicles, as requested.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issue in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
