The Support Specialist I II provides essential day-to-day support to account management field service and technical service teams by managing administrative processes with accuracy and efficiency.
Depending on business needs the role may be oriented toward Sales Support or Procurement/Supplier Support.
In both cases the specialist ensures smooth communication between internal departments and external stakeholders (clients or suppliers). Operating as a hands-on enabler the Support Specialist contributes directly to business performance through responsive and reliable service.
