We are currently expanding our recruiting team and seeking driven, self-motivated IT Recruiters who thrive in a performance-based environment and want unlimited earning potential. This position is for a Commission-Only IT Recruiter and 100% Remote

As a Remote Commission-Only IT Recruiter, you will identify, engage, qualify, and place IT professionals with our client companies. This is a fully remote, independent contractor opportunity ideal for recruiters who are entrepreneurial, disciplined, and motivated by commission-based earnings.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and placement.

Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit IT professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and other creative channels.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
• Negotiate offers and close placements
• Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS/CRM system (Bullhorn)
• Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality IT talent

Requirements:

• Experience recruiting IT or technical professionals preferred
• Strong understanding of IT terminology and technologies
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven and results-oriented
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Access to sourcing tools and reliable internet
